What Moor’s Mastermind is

Moor’s Mastermind LLC is a transformative initiative designed to nurture the spiritual, moral, and personal growth of children and youth—from early ages through adolescence and teenage years—drawing from timeless universal principles that transcend cultural and religious boundaries. Rooted in the belief that every young person is a sacred trust, the program fosters imitative faith, where mentees learn by emulating positive examples of virtue and wisdom, much like the relational discipleship emphasized in spiritual traditions. We define mentoring as an intentional, mutual journey toward deeper self-awareness and connection to the divine, building attraction and trust through genuine vulnerability and shared experiences.

Maxims of truth and early preparation

Incorporating divine instructions for the young, we emphasize the parental and mentor’s duty to prepare children early with maxims of truth—teaching obedience to foster blessings, modesty to build confidence, gratitude to attract benefits, charity to gain love, temperance for health, prudence for prosperity, justice for honor, sincerity for inner peace, diligence for abundance, benevolence for elevation, science for usefulness, and religion for a fulfilled life. This echoes the call to watch over inclinations, prevent harmful habits, and cultivate minds like fertile soil, ensuring youth rise strong and honorable, contributing positively to their communities.

Through holy listening and responsiveness, mentors create spaces of hospitality, presence, and dialogue, asking probing questions that encourage accountability and self-reflection.
